My coaching methodology is derived from Erickson International coaching principles.

As a coach, I practice conversations that are enabling, positive, future oriented and outcome focused.

The coachee leaves the conversation with either of the following - clarity of intention and/or clarity of the next steps. 

You could understand professional coaching as a method of self discovery and building effectiveness based on the belief system that one is inherently resourceful and possesses wisdom to design one's own solutions.

We enter a coach-coachee relationship with the above belief and build conversations that not only enables you to think deeper but encourage...rather nudge you to take action, to become the best version yourself... 

"Taking action, moving ahead" summarizes the outcome of coaching.
